Call for Presentations

Proposal submission deadlines:

The anticipated audience will have a wide range of disciplinary interests and computational backgrounds. We encourage proposals for posters and 30-minute talks that describe a challenging problem whose solution requires advanced computational science techniques, along with how or why it involves these techniques and technologies. Alternatively, talks may discuss current or planned computational science courses at UD.

To encourage poster submissions, the Office of Information Technologies will cover the cost of poster production and mounting for posters meeting certain criteria . [If you are interested in presenting a talk or poster, please read the general information for presentations.]

UD Computational Science Day 2006 is being sponsored by the Office of Information Technologies, Office of the Provost, and Office of the President. Please contact Dick Sacher [dsacher@udel.edu], IT User Services for questions about the event.
